Refund and Returns Policy

Our 7-Day Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your water bottle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Please note the following exemptions to our return policy:

  • Any water bottle that has been used.
  • Items not in their original condition, which are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items.

Refunds Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should first email us at [email protected] for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
